We accept returns and cancellations on a case by case basis
Conditions of Return
Item(s) must be returned unused, in the original condition it was sold in. If not, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Returns
- Contact us at info@butterythreads.com within 7 days of receiving item(s)
- If approved, we will provide you with an address to ship your return item(s)
- Ship the item to the provided address within 15 days of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping cost related to Returns, we will not provide a shipping label.
- We highly suggest shipping the return back with a tracking number. We will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
- Send your tracking details to info@butterythreads.com to ensure safe delivery.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested before the item(s) have shipped. If already shipped, please follow the steps to start a return.
We do not accept exchanges.
